Refund policy

At Wensezo, we aim to deliver premium quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be:
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With tags and original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased on sale or discount
• Used or damaged items (by customer)

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be initiated
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to original payment method

Exchange

• Only size exchange allowed (subject to availability)

Return Shipping

• Customer may need to bear return shipping charges (if no defect)

Damaged/Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos
